The right photo shows me hiking with my kids wearing my Canon 5D with the Canon 70-200 F2.8 installed. The strap holds the camera and lens easily when I need my hands for helping my kids up the hill. The other photo is of my brother, who is 6'4" and is wearing an adjustable extra long version of the strap so he can sling it across his chest or shorten the strap up and wear it around his neck.
