Shipping and Returns

Shipping

All products are made in British Columbia, Canada, and ship from there.

Returns

If you are not happy with our products for any reason, we will gladly accept your non-final sale items within 30 days of the product delivery date for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible. Returns are made at the sender's cost. 

Returns from within Canada are made using Canada Post.  Print your return label on the Canada Post website: https://www.canadapost-postescanada.ca/pr-rc/en/get-return-label?id=PR580383

Returns from the USA or internationally should be shipped through your postal service. Contact Customer Service if you'd like us to create a return label for you. We'll deduct the cost of the return from your refund.

If your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact Customer Service with the details and we'll contact you with next steps.

Note:

We cannot accept a return (even within 30 days of receipt) in certain situations, including, but not limited to:

  • Products showing excessive wear and tear.
  • Items damaged by misuse, alterations, improper care, or accidents.
  • Items listed as final sale at the time of purchase: Clearance Section items, and/or items which were purchased at a mark-down price of 40% or greater.
  • Instances of abuse of the My Camera Couture Return Policy.

The acceptance of a return is determined at the sole discretion of My Camera Couture.

Exchanges

We do not make exchanges. If you prefer a different strap, please return the one you received and order a replacement from our website.
